[국립대구과학관 - 생명의 진화관]

생명의 진화관은 지질시대부터 현대까지의 화석과 표본을 통해 생명의 진화와 멸종, 생물의 다양성의 의미를 살펴보는 상설 전시관으로, 기후변화와 인간 활동으로 사라져가는 생물들의 이야기를 통해 인간의 공생 방식을 고민하도록 구성되어있다. 지역 연구진이 직접 수집한 대구·경북 지역 화석과 생물을 바탕으로, 과거의 흔적에서 미래를 위한 생태적 지혜를 살펴볼 수 있다.

[Daegu National Science Museum - Life Evolution Hall]

The Life Evolution Hall is a permanent exhibition that explores the evolution and extinction of life, as well as the significance of biodiversity, through fossils and specimens spanning from the geological ages to the present day. By presenting stories of species that have disappeared due to climate change and human activity, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on more sustainable and coexisting ways of life. Drawing on fossils and biological specimens collected directly by regional researchers from the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas, the hall offers insights into ecological wisdom for the future, traced through evidence from the past.
